Boom Box Old School Great Music – M is 4 Music

Made a trip to Best Buy tonight with my Mom and she bought me an Insignia Boom Box, because I needed a new player to listen to my music. I enjoy all genres of music, so the mixture we bought tonight is all great stuff. Right now I am listening to AC/DC Hells Bells as well as Back in Black. Next up is Adele 21 with Someone Like  You.  Following Adele is country music artist Whitney Rose’s My Boots, y’all definately should check her out @whitneyroseband #classiccountry.  I am going to finish my listening experience with classic Eagles (the very best of) it is a two CD set.  It’s a rainy night of fun music and classic tunes.

PURPLE POM POM FLOWERS A is 4 Art!

I love this picture of these purple flowers ! When I look at the photo it makes me feel peaceful. I wonder if Prince ever had any of these in his yard ? If not then he should have. The artist loved purple, so these flowers would have been perfect in his front yard . The purple one had an amazing wardrobe as well as a super talent for composing, arranging, singing and producing his unique sound. He was in a league way above the rest. I wish I could have met him. So this is my little tribute to Prince the musical genius!

The Old School Way – M is 4 Music

I decided to take it way back today and listen to music the old fashioned way,  I know GASP! SHOCK! The Victrola is actually a Christmas gift from my Mom and Dad. Mom also bought the Michael Jackson Thriller album today. So I spent the afternoon listening to old school MJ while working on my blog and sifting through old family photographs.  It has been a fun afternoon ! M is definately for Music! Music is something I really love and enjoy. Y’all have a great day !

The Walking Dead Winter Premiere 

Back in February, my best friend hosted a party for the winter premiere of The Walking Dead.  I made a short video of some of the decorations and food at the event. We had a blast, playing trivia games, pictionary, a scavenger hunt and a feast that even “the dead” would love. Ribs, Meatballs, Mac&Cheese, Corn, Rotel Dip, and various zombie desserts.  The feast also included zombie fingers, brain cupcakes, and many other delicious items.  I hope you find the video interesting, the party sure was!  Let’s do it again soon.

When you think about the word FAME, visions of flashing cameras, red carpets, money, power and success enter your mind. Most people spend their entire lives searching for FAME. What I decided to bring to you in my blog is my version of this word. FAME to me is an acronym meaning Food, Art, Music and Entertainment. My blog will reflect these 4 aspects of life. My dream job would be to share with you these wonderful parts of life everyone should enjoy. I will blog about the journey I am taking to find FAME.
